Pastor Path
Today I had the opportunity to be apart of something new at Generations Church. Something that in the past would happen more organically. Creating a Pastor Path for all future leaders. This (depending on the person’s experience) will be a two year process. Discussing things from why and what a pastor is, to monthly discussions.
This is what is needed in every church. Everyone should have a game plan and should be helping future leaders on their path. Obviously not all are called to Pastorship. But too often we are not equipping the next generations. We are hoping to find someone somewhere else to be what we need. And this can and (most often) should be found in our existing influences.
